Availability, price, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and import-cost treatment are shown at checkout or in a written order confirmation where applicable. Obvious errors may be corrected before an order is accepted. Adding an item to a cart or sending an enquiry does not reserve it.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement or payment authorisation does not by itself mean the order is accepted. A contract is formed only when StoryCrystal sends an order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for availability, pricing, payment, fraud, delivery, legal, or account-verification reasons; any captured payment for a declined order will be returned through the original method.

Available payment methods are the methods shown at checkout or confirmed in writing for an approved wholesale order. Third-party payment providers process payment under their own terms and privacy notices. You must be authorised to use the selected method and provide accurate billing information.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping sign-in details secure. Wholesale access, pricing, and catalog availability require separate approval and may be changed or withdrawn. A wholesale application is a request for review, not an accepted supply agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, StoryCrystal is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised access, events outside reasonable control, or business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.

The terms published when an order is accepted apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. We may update these terms for future use of the site. If a term conflicts with a mandatory law that applies to you, that mandatory rule controls and the remaining terms continue where possible.
